در هنگام تماس تلفنی باید به شمرده صحبت کردن و اطمینان از رساندن مطالب توجه نمود خصوصا در هنگام دادن شماره تلفن یا آدرس در اینجا چند جمله برای نمونه جهت مطمئن شدن و یا درخواست تکرار اطلاعات ذکر میشود

در هنگام گذاشتن  پیام رعایت سیر منطقی اطلاعات را بکنید فرصت نوشتن به مخاطب بدهید اسم خود را بااسپل نیز بیان کنید  با منشی اطلاعات را دوباره  چک کنید در پایات تشکر و خداحافظی کنید  

تماس تلفنی روش مناسبی برای استراتژی کسب کار است تماس تلفنی ذر موارد زیر به کار میرود

تحقیق در مورد شغل تبلیغ شده خاص، اطلاعات عمومی در مورد شرکت، کسب اطلاعات در مورد کاریابی در صنایع گوناگون ، در مورد موقعیت های شغلی بالقوه آینده.

در هنگام تماس تلفنی ابتدا خود را معرفی کرده و با اعتماد به نفس کافی دلیل تماس خود را بگویید

یک  تاریخچه مناسب و مختصر  مربوط به اطلاعات  کاری و تحصیلی در کنار خود داشته باشید تا جواب سوالات احتمالی را بدهیداگر اسم مسئول خاصی را میدانید مستقیما بخواهید تا با او تماس برقرار شود در غیر اینصورت قبل ازا رتباط از  منشی بخواهید تا نام مسئول را بگوید و نام مسئول مربوطه را یادداشت نمایید
